The method under the finish

Hot mop, not a peel-and-stick liner Layers built up on site and fully adhered. We flood-test it on our time.
Floated over K-lath, not tile on backer board Framing is rarely plumb. A float corrects it.
Uncoupling membrane under floor tile Ditra keeps grout lines intact over years instead of months.
Priced by the square foot One fixed number. If it takes longer under normal conditions, that is ours.
