Gallegos Custom Tile Inc. is a tile and natural stone contractor in Simi Valley, California. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us about work, and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
We collect this because we cannot price tile work accurately without it. We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial account information by phone or text.
If you text us or ask us to text you, we will. Message frequency varies with your project, and you will typically receive no more than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply under your own carrier plan; we do not charge you for messages. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for our contact information. Tile work occupies both hands, so our line is answered with the help of an automated assistant that asks about your job and passes the details to Manny Gallegos. Those conversations are recorded in our own records so Manny can quote your work and follow up. The assistant does not quote prices and does not take payment.
We keep job enquiries for as long as needed to quote and complete the work, and afterwards for our business records and warranty purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we are required to keep it — for example records tied to a contract we performed.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Contact us at the email above to exercise any of these rights.
Our services are for property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
