We send text messages related to tile and natural stone work you have asked us about. That means:

Message frequency varies with your project. Most people exchange a handful of messages while we work out the scope of the job. You will typically receive no more than 10 messages per month, and we do not send recurring scheduled messages.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you anything for text messages; any charges come from your own mobile carrier under your plan.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you immediately. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Opting out of texts does not cancel your project or prevent us from calling you.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee it.
Tile work occupies both hands, so our phone and text line is answered with the help of an automated assistant that gathers details about your job and passes them to Manny. It will never quote you a price — Manny prices every job himself. You can ask to speak with him at any point and we will have him call you.
